Pros

- Really good co-workers. - (Some) Interesting accounts to work with.

Cons

- Salaries were low, and almost half of the total amount was paid under the table. Good luck getting a raise, too. - They offered no health insurance and absolutely no benefits whatsoever. - The installations could be vastly improved: while I worked there we went weeks without water in the building; the dining hall wasn't big enough to accommodate all of the staff (so rainy or winter days were really complicated). - Working hours were set to coincide with US offices, meaning we left late in the evening in a not-so-accesible part of town. - High-turnover rate, either because people left or because they were fired.

Pros

Ambitious culture, very flexible, ideas are listened to, people encouraged to grow and develop, entrepreneurial attitude, flexible home working, exposure to amazing projects across the globe, versatile agency, want to continuously evolve, inspiring projects, international exposure.

Cons

Not suitable for people who don’t have a ‘can do’ attitude or lack resilience. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be self-starters with a solutions-focused approach.

Pros

Very nice people. I was able to work closely with the CEO, COO, and Managing Partner. They were polite and respectful. I appreciated how much the upper management took care of me and took interest in my growth. I was reimbursed through expense reporting very quick and it was always a smooth process, no headaches. The co-workers I had became my family. I still talk to most of them till this day. I enjoyed how close we all grew and working long hours felt like nothing, which was always important for me. The pay was decent for my position, I can't say for others. The benefits and time off was incredibly generous and hard to come by any where else. There was a level of flexibility that I will always think fondly of, that only creative agencies can offer. They don't stare at the clock to see if you came in a minute late, etc.

Cons

Only con is that they were forced to downgrade staff and layoffs were made.
