Pros
Great team, pull together when needed to get specific tasks done. People work hard. Some managers are great, others less so.
Cons
Jobs for the boys, some people will never get recognised or promoted as not best friends with the boss and don't get the chance to prove their skills. Shame as good employees are lost.
