Pros
The job is easy enough, not incredibly complicated and when things run well you can pretty much sit and watch the machines run.
Cons
As with anywhere in 2023, you’re often under staffed by default. Training can be hit or miss depending on who you work with, no real structure to the training. Opportunity for growth is scarce. The hours are long, 12 hours shifts and mandatory overtime every other week.
