Pros
(Actually, the Columbia branch was not my actual location, I was not comfortable divulging that information. My sincere apologies, Columbia, you may actually be a great location to work at.) Amazing teamwork at the branch. Everybody chips in to help get the job done. That's about it for the pros. You will be expected to work overtime when necessary, so don't be too attached to your spouse and children. The pay is nothing special- there are plenty more jobs out there with less stress and the same pay if you qualify.
Cons
This branch is very difficult to work for. It's all about the metrics and due to corporate greed, we don't have enough employees to get the job done without high stress. They can't keep employees. All employees here are stressed beyond belief. Just when you think it can't get worse, another crisis comes along, stretching us thinner. Couldn't wait to get out and get another job!
