Pros

Liked the people I worked with at the branch level.

Cons

Where do I start: excessive turnover & constantly hiring new staff, lack of good training program-you basically learn on your own, branch manager was a bully, harassed employees she did not like, broke numerous ethical violations that were reported to management and she was allowed to stay in her job, manager also created a tattle tell environment with the new staff she hired nor was she interested in creating a team with existing staff members. Excessive favoritism, sales people were a joke that did not work half the time, could not locate them, sent referrals that were never going to turn into good business. Just an overall poorly ran company from management down. Company almost went bankrupt so they merged with Apria and Apria kept the same management team! Duh...and you wonder why you are having problems? 401K plan is a joke and so is the vacation and how it is available to take. You won't find out until you are hired that you must work 6 months before a week of vacation drops into your bucket to allow you to take it and they won't tell you that you must stay until 12/31 of each year to earn the little bit of matching that they do on the 401k plan. On call compensation is a joke if you are non clinical.
