      Pros

      They have a wide coverage area and lots of investigators to help meet the clients' needs. They do what clients ask at all costs (even if it costs their own investigators)

      Cons

      This is the worst company in the industry to work for as an investigator. They will treat you like you're replaceable no matter how hard you work. They don't appreciate their investigators, although they try to act like they do. This company runs their investigators into the ground and acts like they are slaves to the company. They pay the investigators as little as possible and do not compensate well for gas, travel time, etc. The work quality is horrible as the investigators do not want to work hard for upper management, because of the horrible treatment, and upper management doesn't check the work quality, because they just want it out the door ASAP. Most good investigators are leaving and the ones that are staying are becoming less and less motivated to do a good job.

While we cannot eliminate these fluctuations, we are committed to doing everything we can to keep our investigators working consistently. This includes securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering high-quality results that generate additional opportunities. Our goal is to minimize downtime and create as much stability as possible in an inherently variable industry. We genuinely value constructive feedback, as it helps us grow and improve.       Pros

      The flexibility to work from home and have some say over your work hours is something that has kept me at the company. This is the benefit that I use to justify the cons.

      Cons

      The pay structure is way below averages for this line of work. Merit increases are considered annually, but have fallen far behind inflation thus far. PTO is less than what I've experienced in other similar positions. Ongoing training is sparse and seems to create time-intensive problems that would be more efficiently handled with regular training updates. The company makes no contributions to health insurance premiums, which for people like me, means that half my paycheck is gone before I see it just to cover premiums for myself and my son.
