Pros
Great family owned company. The vast majority of the people are honorable, dedicated hard-working team members. Compensation and benefits are very competitive.
Cons
On the surface, appears that the family is slowly loosing control of the organization. Many of the senior leaders are conducting business "under the table", promoting the good ole boy network and not retaining talent based on experience and performance, but rather on friends, age and sex. No longer a honest and integrity driven organization.
