Pros
Very organized, when it comes to getting paid, benefits package, or finding information on current work duties. I also like their ticketing systems which were very good, and I used it to find out how to do my job better and to find out what problems others in my position have faced. i.e. website password reset issues, or how to fix a known IT problem (I am in IT).
Cons
Some of the management were not as knowledgable as some of the employees in some tasks, so just like any large corporation, there was a lot of kiss up people, but that's any job.
