Pros
OMG! There are so many pros, where do I start. Great pay, benefits, perks, brand, training, and most of all the culture. Cox Communications has a culture like no other. I consider myself young in my career life, and can actually see myself retiring from Cox. They are pro education, work-life balance, and your peace of mind. Regardless of race, sex, religion, Cox make you feel like we are one family. From the various markets we have, its across the board. Cox believe in keeping their employees happy, which in return, will keep it's customer happy. Cox is well diverse in functions, so from being in marketing, accounting, legal, I.T., and customer service, it's room for it all.
Cons
Just more diversity in senior mgmt. But in Cox's defense, they are aware of this, and trying to correct it. I have faith in the company.
