Pros

Big cable discount and the benefits are great. They give tuition reimbursement for college, great medical, and dental, 401k

Cons

Pay could be better. Senior Management should listen to lower level employees on how to better correct problems, plus you can get fired quick as hell, I have seen people get fired over something as stupid as talk time, and the always wait until the end of your shift to tell you your fired and while they tell you this your Sup. hands you a box with all of your stuff in it so security can escort you out of the building

Hi, thank you for sharing a review! We're glad to know that you enjoy the flexibility, work-life balance and employee benefits that a career at Cox offers, and that you would recommend Cox as an employer. Cox's footprint and cross-industry impact do frequently necessitate agility with change, but we strive to offer a workplace experience that has the stability of a large company with the friendly community and innovation culture of a startup. And while our impact continues to grow, our values and mission remain the same: across our family of businesses, we're building a better future. We hope you feel that to be the case.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
