Pros
The company itself is AWESOME. I have nothing negative to say. There is so much to learn and the learning never stops. The blind can see that Cox values its employees. I completely LOVE IT!
Cons
I have learned that people don't leave the company, they leave managers. That holds true for Cox. I wish there were surveys to gave who they are and hold them accountable for their actions. Cox is and has lost very good people due to bad management. That does not speak for them all because there are some REALLY AMAZING leaders in this company. However, there are some bad apples In the tree that puts a bad mark on all of them.
