I relocated for this job and the sales department was a total let down. My direct supervisor spent more time being inappropriate to me and every other girl on the floor instead of coaching or caring about his team. Unless you are a star performer they don’t care about you. When you ask for help they put you off instead of give you the help. They disregard what is going on. I had a lot to offer outside of sales as I worked third party for them for two years and had so much knowledge on the business and they didn’t care they only care about numbers not employees. they turn their heads away to those that do deceptive tactics and ignore those that are hard working and ethical. I believe I wouldn’t have gotten fired had I been deceptive to get more sales. I got my numbers and my customers loved me but I wasn’t a top performer. I let cast aside. I wat he’s many good people spiral from this job. I have been away from cox for three months and even though I haven’t found a job yet I can say my health and happiness have improved and that is more important.

Long hours, high pressure, no understanding from leadership, constantly putting things on plate of store leaders and front line rather than solving problems themselves
