Pros
This organization has one of the best "people" cultures I have ever had the pleasure to be part of. Cox "Employee Bill of Rights" is pro-employee--the best part is that it is very true. The employees work together and projects come together as needed in this very fast paced organization.
Cons
The recent strategy change to standardize across all regions is creating less flexibility for region-specific decision-making and is extending the amount of time that internal projects can be accomplished. The organization is slow to move on key decisions and is constantly playing "catch-up" with its competitors.
