Pros
They have lots of sales opportunities and the rest of the sales staff are not very aggressive. It's easy to shine and be the darling of the sales management. There is a lot of freedom to come and go as you please.
Cons
The management is disorganized and cheap. Unfortunately they gossip with the staff about other staff members. They do not honor their promises to clients, so you'll end up apologizing and fixing problems frequently. They are an NBC station so they have no good programming left to sell.
