Pros
Good environment, management is supportive of work/life issues, customers like the compnay.
Cons
Cublicles are tiny, office is in the ghetto, pay is mediocre, and there are very few opportunities for advancement unless you brown nose aggressively. If you get a job here, expect to stay at the same level for years and years. Medical benefits are mediocre and deductibles keep going up.
