Pros

The benefits are the best pro I can come up with , and it used to be the kind of place you would want to retire from

Cons

Its simple really, COX could care less about you as a person, as long as the team leader and department ,manager gets their numbers, what happens to you is irrelevant. Nepotism at its worst, if you are not "friends" with the TL on a personal basis, you are not going to last. Management will give you glowing kudos and a raise one day then the next day they want you gone.

Hi, thank you for sharing a review! We're glad to know that you enjoy the flexibility, work-life balance and employee benefits that a career at Cox offers, and that you would recommend Cox as an employer. Cox's footprint and cross-industry impact do frequently necessitate agility with change, but we strive to offer a workplace experience that has the stability of a large company with the friendly community and innovation culture of a startup. And while our impact continues to grow, our values and mission remain the same: across our family of businesses, we're building a better future. We hope you feel that to be the case.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
