Some great fellow employees work there

Leadership talks big game about the Family, but they have no system to retain employees if they decide to cut a division or have layoffs (which they do frequently). They will bring in outside talent over looking at inside employees that have been impacted with layoffs. I saw it happen a LOT in the last 5 years - they let go great employees and then fill other new spots with less-talented new, lower salary candidates and then wonder why these new, strangers struggle to deliver. They're in a downward spiral and losing thousands and thousands of customers every year.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
