Pros
Great benefits, great pay! Opportunity to go on company paid vacations by winning contests for being one of the best in your department for the year. If you work hard you will get to play hard!
Cons
Starting to lose that "family away from home" feel. Turn over is becoming quite high in the call center. Use to be a lot of long term employees here who were great at their jobs. Most left due to some unfair decisions, found another job that showed them more appreciation, or due to a supervisor not liking them and found any small thing they may have done, turned it into something big, just to let them go.
