The people here are generally nice folks. They make the extra BS bearable.

Poor leadership that is out of touch with reality. It’s their way or the highway, and they don’t take criticism well. They only want “yes” men who stroke their egos. They always would gloat about how they’re a billion dollar company, but don’t show enough appreciation to the folks that make their products. Give the production employees a climate survey and I guarantee it will yield toxic results.
