Toxic environment. HR creates non-sensical policies, hire unqualified friends in executive roles. Run as far away from this company as you can. I was there just for a few months. Older employees did not follow any process. They feel threatened by newer, smarter employees. Brown-nosing is rampant. Work ethic is non-existent.
