Very low pay considering the industry. Basic benefits, nothing above and beyond. Your professional growth here will not be based on how well you do your job. It will depend on how social you are and how friendly you can get with a select few of the upper management. Your attendance at after-hours social events will be brought up as talking point during annual reviews. it is super cliquey, as other reviews say, and it really feels like a popularity contest most days. Upper management can basically do no wrong and have egos that reflect that. Management doesn't seem to understand what actually goes into most jobs and how long things take and expect employees to handle unrealistic workloads.
