Pros
Good wages, good ideas and concepts, change initiatives.
Cons
Extreme resistance to change. An absurdly high amount of staff that are either related to eachother or that are a personal acquaintance from before they were employees. Bullying and discrimination is a common place and there is a severe protectionist environment for particular managers and senior managers. Conflicts of interest abound as many employees have a personal interest in what they manage owning assets in Croydon or being relatives or acquaintances of someone that may be impacted by their actions or decisions. Communication is very bad, and everyone resists initiatives aimed at improving communication. Higher management will not communicate with frontline and middle managers hide the problems from higher management. Some teams have severe budgetary constraints, but others have budgetary allowances for anything, from attending functions to having their qualifications paid for by the employer.
