I can think of any cons

The Health Benefits are a plus

Director did not allow management to make any decisions. Made 100% decisions as a supervisor elsewhere. Director did not allow growth of employees. It was her way or the highway. No employee recognition awards. Advised to 'think outside the box' but when at meetings I did, was knocked down and told to bring up to direct report.
