Pros

- There are some really great people working for the company and I developed some great relationships during my time there. - Flexible with work/ life balance. - I was not treated like an intern and undertook some great projects that gave me great new skills and experience. - Great corporate responsibility programs and focus

Cons

- Tenure is often the main reason people progress through the company. I felt like I was working in an old boys club and as a young female I felt that it was going to be difficult to be taken seriously/ to progress through the company within a reasonable tenure. - Management lacks strategy and generally goes about business based on their own personal agendas

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
