Pros
Great starting salary and plenty of opportunities to learn. They are happy to trust relatively inexperienced employees with high levels of responsibility and you can push yourself. Work-life balance is excellent. Opportunities for overtime if required, good health insurance and a wide range of benefits.
Cons
If you work hard you will be asked to do more and more until it's all but impossible to maintain your standards. There doesn't appear to be much difference between the treatment given out to those who work hard and those who don't. Management are especially guilty of feathering their own nests at the expense of others. There are a lot of managers, frequently there are not enough people doing the work.
