      Strong System oriented work High Ethics and moral value of employee. Team Work Diverce Workforce Environment Friendly and strong involvement of all employees through EEEC program.

      Cons

      Poor mapping and distribution of work. Database need to be improved Sometimes to much system oriented approach on urgent resolution of issues.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
