      Pros

      Wonderful company. Has a pretty big future plans. And, is the most reputed company when it comes to diesel engines.

      Cons

      Too many locations but not many in big cities. This often might leave you a bit bored. But, it totally depends where you come from and what you expect.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
