About 50% people are talented and good.
Cons
Rest 50% are politicking, imbecile and shallow. Most of the things that Cummins India are only for the sake of saying. Their so called 6-Sigma philosophy is a hogwash. I mean, why do you need a 6S project for the most obvious solutions? Great Place to Work is another hogwash. At middle management, there is so much flab - they are sycophants, spineless and politicking. Most of the decision making is reactive and limited only to powerpoint presentations, while competitors are knocking out company's business
