Extremely long hours, 12-14 hour day only for management to say you need to be more dedicated. Safety culture is so ridiculous. 15 minutes worth of JSA paper work just to do your job. Higher turn over rate than McDonalds. Management will flat out lie. HR department is a joke. Racism galore! Reported the racists to HR, only to have them laugh, and cover it up. Shady business practices. Over charged customers because of misdiagnosis. Replaces parts till they figure out problem, then tells customers all parts replaced was damaged. Charges customer for parts not replaced, just look inside techs tool boxes, $1000's of dollars of parts paid for by customers that cant be returned to parts department. Moral is very low, so management keeps buying donuts and food for employees, but it doesn't help. Meetings, meetings, meetings. They have meetings to discuss upcoming meetings. They constantly make up rules, that are not in the hand book. Breaks all kinds of labor and DOT laws.
