      Christmas off Weekend off Yearly bonus

      Cons

      This company is very high on nepotism, giving higher job roles and huge pay rises to family members and friends. The pick rate is not good, management have poor communication skills. Training wise, you can put your name down for certain areas, but unless you are family members or friends you will not get trained. Not paying a decent wage for the operators driving trucks. Never positive feedback.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
