You rarely see the CEO. This is a good thing because he is usually disruptive to the product development process.

Salary is not competitive. Benefits are average. Only work here if you have to because the projects and constant competitor data collection/documentation is extremely dry work. The environment is incredibly toxic and there’s barely any innovation going on. If you’re young, STAY AWAY because they will take advantage of you and work you to the bone. High-level management is the CEO’s brother and best friends. I always felt that Curv Group was shady and management would throw their low ranking employees under the bus if needed.
