Pros

CustomerGauge is a great place to work! There is a kind of passion that is infectious and motivation that always drives me to go above and beyond. The organization is geared for people with an entrepreneurial attitude, empowering employees to discover their full potential and encouraging the transparent appreciation of a job well done! As a motivated individual - I get to come into a fantastic work environment everyday (I have never had the Monday Blues!) and collaborate with highly skilled cross functional individuals who have a passion for results, can-do attitude, and one team mentality. It is so easy to work with colleagues from across different departments without any hierarchy or bureaucracy and it does not matter which team you represent or which team you work with, it is always a feeling that we are in this together. In addition, the organization takes a genuine interest in employee well being, going the extra distance where required and have built a company culture where employees can feel completely comfortable to be themselves. Even the fun employee activities feel very naturally organized with a personal touch rather then it being like a very orchestrated event.

Cons

CustomerGauge is for individuals who have an entrepreneurial attitude, like to show initiation and want to “own their role”. It is not for individuals who prefer to sit back and wait.

Work environment is non-corporate, but in a good way. Some of the best people I've worked with.

Cons

Some motions lack process, but that's half the fun at working at a company of this size, there's opportunity to make things better.

Pros

I worked at CustomerGauge (Burlington, MA) for about a year and a half and I can confidently state that there couldn’t have been a better start to my career than this! I was always surrounded with a team of truly passionate and incredibly hardworking individuals who really love what they do and who have always encouraged me to be better each day. I’ve found true mentors during my experience at CG who have had a genuine interest in my personal and professional growth. Culture is taken seriously at CG - there are regular eNPS sessions held and improving employee experience is one of the top priorities for the leadership team. The culture at CG allows hard work to get noticed and appreciated and also empower employees to be able to do things differently without having the fear of failure. The product and services that CG offers are built on solid foundations and there is an ever growing need in the market for a product like CG. I believe CustomerGauge is on its way to achieve massive success and is on the verge of entering a super-growth phase! I feel proud to have been a part of CG’s growth journey and I can’t wait to watch it grow even more to greater heights!

Cons

“Fail fast, Optimise and Get-Going” is the mantra you have to live by if you are working at a rapidly growing start-up like CustomerGauge. It’s not easy but at the same time is highly rewarding in terms of career growth and job satisfaction.
