      Good learning and good package

      No hikes, politics, very bad management, excessive work, policies change according to the management, no use of hr's. No work culture and 0 work life balance

      Great office. Fun concept and good broadcasts.

      Cons

      They laid off like a third of the company over zoom. When I asked for why I was part of the layoffs and another person in the same role wasn’t, they said they just checked names off a list.
