Pros
-Cool projects, amazing people and good for the demoreel -100% flexible on remote work -Pretty good diversity of LGBT people -Rarely did any overtime (which was paid)
Cons
-Low salaries compared to other studios in London -Canceled pay raises for every employee in 2023 -Having to deal with multiple sites sucks. Sometimes your supervisor will have a six hours difference with you -No room for growth, tasks were mostly boring and sups/leads would place zero trust in juniors -Management / coordination is a mess -An unbelievable amount of drama at the office -Fired all my friends and colleagues as soon as they could because all their projects got delayed and/or canceled -Also, rats in the office
