Worst Company I’ve ever worked for - Dental Hygienist DOCS Dental Employee Review

Overworked, schedule is near impossible to offer great standard of care. Hygiene daily goal is near impossible. Management is disrespectful, dishonest, and spiteful. From corporate down company is unorganized. No matter how many times HR is contacted nothing is ever resolved or addressed. Company is untruthful about the days and hours you will have to work so they can get you in the door. You will be threatened to be replaced on a daily just because management does not like you. Management will constantly talk down about employees to other employees and title does not matter from the Dr’s to the assistants no body is safe to be talked negatively about.
