None - this was the most disorganized company I have ever worked for basically forced me out of my position by making it so that I couldn’t pay my monthly expenses
Cons
- lies about hours - inconsistent schedule, gives very little notice of changes - doctors constantly changing schedules - hires new people which then cut hours of currently employees (most had to have a second or third job just to get by) - as a part time employee they was not a flexible schedule with other commitments - they are unwilling to work around your schedule if needed even though there is no need for them not to - extremely disorganized - manager constantly spoke to me and other employees very condescendingly - acts like they’re looking out for you and then completely screw you over - manager was very money focused with very little regards for patient care - manager very consistently talked to patients in condescending and rude manner - no value for current employees
