Management/Leadership. You're expected to work and be available 24/7, even on vacation. They pass over employees who have earned their stripes at the company for shiny new employees (who they end up firing 3 months later), and there is absolutely no appreciation. Ryan (CEO) repeatedly yells at employees in public settings, and calls them out for mistakes rather than trying to help fix root issues. Zach (COO) tries his best to be a problem solver but leaves too much of the business up to Ryan. If Zach were the head of this company, it would be a much better place to work.
