Pros
I haven't seen any obvious pros when working at DU, except mucking around there as a retirement village with no accountability at all.
Cons
You can be trained to act as senior leaders who normally shift their responsibilities to the bottom with no direction given. The so called leaders are not capable of showing leadership, and directors never give direction. Throwing slogan is their prime business while hiring charlatans is their norm.
