      Extremely low renumeration compared to all other competitors for doing the same work, and utilising highly questionable legal loopholes to justify low pay.

      Great people working in all departments and all levels of the university. Access to excellent facilities and services.

      Cons

      Staff retention, especially in support roles, needs to be better. Navigating university procedures and digitial infrastructure can be frustrating and time consuming.
