-Flexible work schedules -Really friendly and kind culture -Very supportive leadership/trainers -Love having open panel/queue so multiple doctors support each other -RTs refracting

-Minimal PTO -No built in raises -No CE benefits

Decent pay for being at home and amount of work required. Would be worth it for temporary work.

No PTO or unpaid time off for big holidays. Only day off is the day of the holiday. An insulting “bonus” for seeing extra patients. Micromanaging from team leaders. No opportunities for pay raises. They encourage “reports” on your refractions and customer service from the local technicians that often have less experience and no clue how to even do refractions.
