Pros

Customers and employees were delightful. Very good discount. Bring your dog to work sometimes.

Cons

Terrible owners. Trouble paying vendors and rude to their reps. Dogs died in grooming. They tried to not return a dog to its owner after the groomer took down the wrong phone number. All the employees hate the owners and will freely gossip. They will all tell you about how owners bounce checks to employees. This is what happens when some rich kids have their dad buy them a business.

Dirty Dogs Response

I'm sorry that you didn't think there was enough communication from upper management while you worked at Dirty Dogs. We hold monthly management meetings (often including assistant managers) and we send regular emails to our manager email group. We also have a What's app thread where we send regular communication. Our managers carry responsibility of ensuring many of these communications get disseminated across the teams. We will continue to work on more ways to communicate so everyone feels valued.
