Pros

Nice hotel, could be so much better with better management team as staff on the floor are great.

Cons

The rota is typically provided only about five days before shifts, leaving little room for flexibility. There’s also a lack of recognition or appreciation for work done well. Additionally, the events manager struggles with effective communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with staff.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
