Manage all the Front Desk operations ●Supervised and ensured that all the front desk staff were well trained in the arears of their assignments. ●Responsible for interviewing and hiring of the Front Desk staff. ●Ensured that all the Front Desk Associates adhered to company policies and failure which progressive disciplinary process was followed as per the company requirements. ● Prepared Front Desk staff weekly schedules as per the business needs, occupancy and the budget. ●Review and ensured accuracy of the daily room inventory and availability. ●Responsible in responding to SALT/ Guest surveys and Trip advisor in a timely manner.

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
