Pros

If you want to work just to make whatever money you can make and have no desire to achieve anything in your career, this is a right place to work. This hotel is attached to a convention center, you will no be bored working there as there are different events monthly and you will see different type of demography of hotel guests. Good place to gain some experience (mostly you will learn what NOT to do, how NOT to manage a hotel) and move on to better company.

Cons

There are absolutely no professional management here with an exception of a few(who I am sure will no last there that long.) Upper management simply does not care. Line employee work very hard and slave themselves to get minimum pay every day just to survive in this country (most employees just came from another country and have no other choice) This place is like a modern-day slavery and i cannot believe this is legal. Employees who do care about their job are not rewarded like they should be and they are just taken advantage of only when they are needed. There are also many employees who have been working there for a long time. They should be rewarded more as well. This company cares nothing but money

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
