Absolutely Terrible! Beware - Finance Dow Jones Employee Review

No career growth, ongoing layoffs, office politics, top-heavy structure Leadership is not strong and does not understand workload, will take credit for everyone's work while team members are spending nights/weekends in front of their computer You will be severely underpaid. Promotions/raises do not go to those who are the most deserving. The work is mind-numbingly boring. If you're a top performer, expected to get rewarded with with more meaningless tasks with no raise or recognition.
