      Pay is decent, work isn't extremely difficult

      Cons

      Swing shift, switch from AM to PM and vice versa every 8 weeks. very much disliked that.

      Competitive Salaries. Great Health Benefits. Great Coworkers. Set Schedules.

      No air Conditioning/Heat, as of yet. Their Company Policy on Doctor Approved Absences is unfair (Even with a Doctor Approved Absence, Management STILL applies Disciplinary Points to the Employee's Record, even when they are presented with Doctor's Documentation.) Disciplinary Actions/Raises/Promotions sometimes applied unfairly due to favoritism, and/or Nepotism.
