It seems that management is more focused on responding to Glassdoor reviews to improve the company's ratings rather than addressing the underlying issues employees are facing. In reading the comments below, it’s clear that time is being spent on commenting positively, yet little is being done to improve the toxic work culture that persists.
Despite multiple reorganizations, there seems to be little focus on building a healthy and supportive environment for employees. The company has experienced high turnover in leadership, and it's concerning that we may soon have more managers than actual employees.
A genuine investment in improving the culture and addressing employee concerns is essential. Simply responding online isn’t enough — there needs to be real action to turn things around.
