Varied roles in store if you want to find one that fits you, overtime usually always available.
Cons
Poor pay, barely above minimum wage. Management is very cliquey - certain people get away with murder time and time again for things such as repeat poor attendance and not pulling their weight/constant skiving with no punishment, but get away with it because they're favoured by management and/or management don't have the back bone to deal with them. Meanwhile the hard workers who aren't in the clique get toxicity and passive aggressive attitude from the store manager, who has poor people skills and has previously said 'I hate coaching' despite her role literally being 'Store Coach', which is baffling. The current store manager has barely been in Telford a year but is already fairing worse than the previous one, the store needs a full fresh start with both a new store coach and deputy to break the cycle. I would not recommend Telford store to potential employees due to the management failures alone.
