We are disappointed to read this feedback, as creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace is a priority for us and something we continue to invest in thoughtfully and deliberately.
Our workforce is made up of a diverse team, with approximately 60% female employees, and we are proud of the multicultural environment we have built and continue to strengthen. We recognize that inclusion requires ongoing action, which is why we have introduced a number of initiatives designed to better support our people at different stages of life and work. These include increased mental health benefits, cultural leave for Indigenous employees, parental leave top-up, and partnering with organizations to provide support for employees returning from maternity leave and navigating menopause, to name just a few.
In addition, all leaders across the organization have completed Respect in the Workplace training, and we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, discrimination, or any behaviour that does not align with our values. Concerns raised by employees are taken seriously and reviewed through established processes.
While we acknowledge that individual experiences can differ, the concerns described here do not reflect the culture we are actively working to build and uphold. We would welcome the opportunity to better understand the issues you have raised; if you would like to discuss your experience further, please contact our People & Culture team directly.
