      better pay than other schools some great coworkers

      Cons

      horrible scheduling, time management, unnecessary training and constant meetings understaffed for special ed department very much punitive admin policy

      Pros

      It is a good school, and the teachers care a lot about the success of their students. Administration cares a lot about the success of the school itself. In other words a lot of people care a lot, which is a nice change of pace from the nihilistic apathy you get a lot of jobs

      Cons

      Lot of people have conflicting views of what can make the Enterprise better
